We supply the most common 5 mm and 10 mm Spinner Turbines for Varian / Nalorac and Bruker NMR spectrometers. The Spinner Turbines are manufactured to precision standards that meet or exceed those of the spectrometer manufacturers. A new 5mm PEEK version for Varian Spectrometers with superior VT performance and magnetic susceptibility has now also been released, as well as a POM based RT version for high throughput sample changers. The POM Spinner Turbine for Bruker Spectrometers incorporates two O-rings for ease-of-use and snug fit on the sample tube. The POM Spinner Turbines for Bruker Spectromters can also be used in high field NMR spectrometers.

Highlights are:

• Causes less Probe insert damage by better insert sample control.
• Tachometer strip now with foil protection for improved life span.
• Longer upper barrel stabilizer easily identified by 3mm Yellow band.
• Limited VT operation possible of ± 40ºC about ambient.
• Can be mixed with Originals during sample changer operation.
• Same weight as the Originals.
• Susceptibility matched to the Originals.

The new B-PEEK-5 Variable Temperature 5mm Spinner turbine for Bruker Spectrometers.

Highlights are as with the STB- 5 above, and in addition:

• VT operation of -150ºC to +200ºC.
• Far less likely to break as compared with Ceramic spinners if dropped on a hard surface, and cheaper too!!!
• Weight compatible with Room Temperature Spinners.
• Long life High Temperature O rings top and bottom.

• Low Cost alternative to the full VT version for sample changers.
• Weight matched to originals.
• Limited VT operation possible of ± 40ºC about ambient.
• Does not jam at top of upper barrel during insert operation.

The new V-PEEK-5 Variable Temperature 5mm Spinner turbine for Varian Spectrometers.

Highlights are as with the STV- 5 above, and in addition:
 

• VT operation of -150ºC to +200ºC.
• Weight compatible with Room Temperature Spinners.
• Very cost effective as compared to the Originals.

The new V-PEEK-5-NS Variable Temperature 5mm Spinner turbine for Varian Spectrometers. Optimised for Non-Spinning Operation.

Highlights are as with the STV- 5 and V-PEEK-5 above,
and in addition:
 

• Enables a portion of the VT air to pass straight past the sample inside the spinner turbine thereby reducing VT gradients and micro sonic flutter due to too high a VT flow.
• Contains high temperature external O rings at top and bottom to ensure long O ring life and a firm grip on the sample at the top, and at the bottom.
• Also can be used for spinning experiments, as with the STV- 5 or V-PEEK- 5.
• Contains a Mass Multiplier Ring to increase weight and to provide Eddy Current Braking during insertion and eject.
