RototecSpintec acquires assets of NMR Rotor Consult ApS:Late in 2007 RototecSpintec acquired the physical assets of NMR Rotor Consult ApS of Denmark. Whilst NMR Solids probe production is discontinued, service and repair of existing probes in the field will continue for the foreseeable future as well as the supply of all probe consumables, i.e. Rotors and end caps. These were and will continue to be standard products at RototecSpintec. New South African office:RototecSpintec has now opened it's first office outside of Germany, and that is in Table View, Cape Town, South Africa. This new office will carry a small local stock but it's main function is to provice local distribution of our products in South Africa. Ordering, Invoicing etc. will also be local. All other activities, i.e. quotations, technical support, sales & service will be handled by the head office ensuring our local Southern African customers have access to state of the art NMR expertise at local pricing & conditions.
